I just went past 4k and I'm still not a soloist.

I passed that particular milestone a few days ago, and noticed that my position didn't change. Probably something to do with our union contract.

It appears one needs 5000 posts to solo.

I see I have just under half as many posts as OT (49%).

Am I in 3rd or 4th position? (barfle was ahead of me earlier this year - has Shapley passed him to take the #2 spot?)

editted to add:
at this moment:

#2 the shapely Shapley at 4026
#3 barfle the shelfmaker at 4025
sadly trailing at #4, piqaboo at 3940.
Altoid - curiously strong.

I wish there was a "Number of posts" standings link. :)

Congrats Shap, on overtaking 2nd spot (for now). :)

8,000 posts

It would appear that " " doesn't work with this software(surprise, surprise!).

I think "soloist" is reserved for the person with the highest number of posts - no threshold. So, there can only be one soloist(makes sense, given the title). I could be wrong, but someone will have to get to 5,000 to find out.
