Any American Boy who grew up in the 1970's knows who The Great Mazinga is...An Invincible Guardian of World Freedom. One clue at a time.

This is for Peter and Clare, 3 miles back. I forgot to thank you for telling me about my trans-Atlantic powers. Unfortunately, they don't work within a radius of 100 miles.
Also, let me clarify my concern. Although I dig the classics almost exclusively, I enjoy the commentary about the contemporary field. I'm learning something that I would likely not find on my own. My concern is that the balance of the posts stay strongly in favor of the masters that make this site special. What I'm actually BOTHERED about is the bickering that goes on at times. It seems I was especially sensitive to both yesterday. No complaints about the Latin. Some of the masters used it.
Shos

I never truly read the beginning of this thread, and I (to the suprise of some I'm sure) totally agree. My new subject on Brahms' German Requiem is an attempt by me to clean up things around this board. This is what the board is for I believe.
