sleeping question

Is there anything in particular you all like to listen to when going to bed sometimes? I find P.T.'s Swan Lake and Chopin's Noctures to be the best for a peaceful rest...what about any of you?

Almost any piece by Steve Reich would send me off to sleep. Even in the daytime.<P>Michael
