so the answer is no. therefore nav's guess comes into effect, and it is wrong. OK. and you just volunteered some free information :), it's not in E major. (but since Dvorak wrote no symphonies in E major, it doesn't matter. :)
question: is there does a furiant (Czech dance) serve as the main material of the 3rd movement (it should be in the title of the movement, so it's easy to answer)?

18. In my source, that is not the title of the third movement.

Is the symphony one that was first published under another number, as opposed to the one it is known by now?

I gotta confess I meandered the wikipedia for a couple of nights trying to figure it out but could not have done it without the others' questions.
