I need to elaborate on the last question. It isn't specifically labelled as an "anthem" or an "ode".

But the composition itself includes an "anthem" or an "ode"

That is not a yes/no question. I'll just say that within the composition I'm looking for, there is an anthem. But the composition, as a whole, is not categorized as an them.

I guess I saw the above post very late.

Was this service (and the anthem(s) associated with it ) written for a funeral?

Yes! Only used up 14 questions. Excellent work. I first heard an excerpt adaptation of the March in the opening of the movie A Clockwork Orange

Love the movie and loved that eerie, haunting version by Wendy Carlos.

Yes, this was written by Purcell for the funeral of Queen Mary, and was subsequently played at Purcell's own funeral, only months after.

Congrats Navneeth!

Thanks, Ray. I also have 'naf to thank for narrowing it down to services.

I have a piece ready for the next 30Q. The thread will up shortly.
