Philip Glass in Concert Fri. Should I Go?

Philip Glass is coming to the local symphony hall on Fri. night. Since my time is long and my cash is short right now, I was trying to figure out if there would be a good value in going. The cheapest ticket is $24.

Has anyone here ever been to a Glass concert? Is it a straight-ahead recital of his works, or is it an esoteric journey to points unknown? I like the few compositions of his that are played on b.com. But will it be a crapshoot as to what will be played in concert? He's appearing with Saxophonist John Gibson and dancer Molissa Fenley. I somehow fear it might be too arty for words.

That's why I threw them in there, they seemed like wild cards to me. I find most modern interpretive dance impenetrable.
