I'd personally count you as a Pacific island. Although I grant that you're close to Asia. But you're close to Australia, too, yes?

Am I missing something (again)? What does any of this have to do with this week's poll (which isn't exactly making a lot of sense anyway)?

Well, it WAS still the poll when DB posted it... He was just trying to figure out if he was even represented by the vacation poll! :p I think we need a way to get at historical poll results.

Yes, I think it's about 1,024 degrees F outside right about now.

1024 is divisible by only ONE prime number. That's COOL!

While I spend my time posting, Shos spends his thinking up witticisms and working out arkane solutions to pointless problems. So I guess it's obvious who's brain is active and who's will degenerate into gelatinous mush over time....

And to think I arbitrarily pulled that number out of thin air!

Well, as Valley Center is always warmer than Escondido during the summer, I'd assume then that it is at least 1031F, or 1033F or 1039F outside here. But, I don't think it will get any warmer than m39 = 213,466,917-1...at least not today.

As to how hot it is in Valley Center...

I keep trying to plant corn seed, but within a second or two, end up with popcorn. :D :D :D
