Voting completed. No lines, optical scanning. I was sure to not only write in "Donna Frye", but blacken the oval as well.

I had a little trouble with the ovals. Not too good about coloring inside the lines. :(

I didn't, from 7 AM until 10 PM I was either in school or on the way to school. my poll location was an hour away (one way), my longest break between classes was an hour and a half. my state wasn't a contest anyways.

Apparently, the 18-29 age group did not improve its voting record. There was about the same percentage voting this year as in 2000. Not casting any aspersions. Just expressing surprise. We noticed that MTV kept nagging their viewers to vote. That's why I expected more in that age group.

actuallu I am registered to vote, and I had jury duty. I got an easy one, since there weren't many trials that day so they released us early.

I didn't watch it, and I have no idea why my wife occasionally does. I've asked her, and apparently I'm not able to process an answer to that question. But she said "Look at this" a couple of times when the channel was exhorting its viewers to vote.

I hope I can be forgiven. :o :o

No forgiveness is necessary. I watched some MTV when they first came on the air, although I was well on my way to losing my appreciation of top 40 music at the time.

I even lost my shirt trying to build video juke boxes. They did everything they were supposed to do except sell at a profit. :(

Now, they don't even play music. I have tried to watch it just to see what's up, and I have to admit that I just don't get it. I must be a coot.

I just got some software problems solved, hence the tardiness of getting these posted.

Altoid insisted on accompanying me to the polls, and tried to influence voters the entire time:

As you can see, it was exhausting work:

PS. I'm amazed we were actually allowed to enter the polls with that sign on the pram.

Maybe they thought it was just the first part of "ABBA DABBA DOO". We didn't get ABBA, but we were DABBAed with a lot of DOO. Maybe our luck will be better when Altoid is 4.
