DeLay to Retire

Postby BigJon@Work » Fri Apr 07, 2006 10:41 am

You silly folk who gave up politics for Lent must be chomping at the bit to discuss this one. :)

DeLay tells Why

Personally its another round of Ding, Dong, the Witch is Dead! for me. We got rid of Daschle through election and now DeLay is gone through his own malfeasance. Hurray! Let's see if we can get some real leaders into position in Congress to lead us towards a USA that works. I always viewed Daschle and DeLay as two sides of the same coin. Craven politicians concerned with nothing more than their position and power vs. what is right for the country.

Good Riddance!

Hey Jon,

I'm singin' right there with ya!

That, and Another One Bites the Dust.

Now if we can just pick off the Bush Crime Family.....

:hopeful:

However, I think the shennaigans he's pulling with the timing of his resignation and conniving with the Governor of Texas is just another example of the neocon culture of corruption that dominates the Republican party these days.

Of course your view of a USA that works and my view are probably pretty different. :)
