Man.

I'm afraid to log on anymore for fear of what some pervert has posted

some years ago i was pestered at home by this sort of crap. I began forwarding it to some department at FBI.gov in hopes it'd interest their child abuse folks. it stopped a few weeks later. no idea if it was connected.

missouri state must've got hacked. they answered my email saying they got the stuff off their site july 20 and now it's a spambot somewhere else doing the posts. google shows he's signed up at around 3250 forums all over the world using just that page.. he had to leave some tracks.

Times like this i think of those old Charles Bronson movies where he stalks perverts.......

there's software out there that'll pretend to be innocuous webcrawlers - i once stumbled across an article on how to masquerade as google's bot...

We need to figure out how to sucker them to attack Nancy Pelosi's website. Then she'll spend a billion and clean up the internet, which would be money well spent IMHO.

Indeed. I've felt the need to wash my hands the last couple of times I logged on.

I'm sure Chris will get on top of this.

We went through a period after Scott left the station where the board was down.
The assumption was it would not be fixed and we would eventually lose everything we have grown to love about Beethoven Radio.

Hopefully in the next few weeks we will learn more about the strategy management is moving in.....

I've been getting the security certificate error a lot lately. I'm not sure it's not a Windows issue. It comes up on a lot of sites that I've used for a long time. I ignore them routinely, which is probably an unwise choice.

I get them on the facebook photo pages quite often. I may be browsing an album and it will pop up several times as I view different photos.

I always get it when I view the National Post's website.

I'm not sure what it is. I've tried recognizing the certificates, but it still comes up. Someone suggested it may the fault of a worm in my computer. I've run virus scans, to no avail, but it may be a worm that either is not recognized or blocks recognition, if it is a worm at all.

I'm growing to hate computers...

I typed on my old typewriter for years. It never had to be update, and never suffered a virus.

just wanted to let you know....

The stream we are listening to is pre-recorded.

Yesterday morning when I was listening..... our new host mentioned "this afternoon" when mentioning the upcoming piece.

Looks like no more live music as well as requests... at least at this time...

very disappointed....

I was wondering. I've noticed a bit of repetition, but it still sounds as if they are trying to make a go of it.

"Ah, fill the Cup: - what boots it to repeat
How Time is slipping underneath our Feet:
Unborn TO-M0RROW, and dead YESTERDAY,
Why fret about them if TO-DAY be sweet!"
