Hi Chris/YRH/b.com tech poeple, etc.

Just want to follow up for my lovely Piq. She changed her e-mail address on her profile, and now is unable to log in. She received a message that she would receive a new password, and then would be able to log in again?!!

Is this some sort of revenge plot by Barfle, since Piq's allowing me to use her computer to continue to post?

Hey, I was trying to send someone a note (guessing Mr. X), and got this message:
An error has occurred:

Unable to connect to the SMTP server. The following error was returned: Unknown error

The server either does not exist, or rejected the connection.

Please ensure that the UBB is allowed to relay mail through the server.

Please inform the board administration of this error so that they may fix the problem. Thank you!
Whats up with that?

Piq still can't log in, and hasn't received a password.
What up, homies? She's starting to go into withdrawl, and it's getting ugly.

Hi folks, any word on Piq's password problem? It's been a few days now.

Thanks.

Not to nag, just want to make sure you get the message.

HI OT, sorry for not getting back to you sooner. And thanks to Selma for the heads up, I did not know there was a problem.

I'm not sure why that is happening. And to make it worse... Chris is in Hawaii!! Wait it's worse... until Sept 1! I'll leave him a voicemail but I'm not sure if he brought his laptop or not. He may not be able to fix it until he comes back.

Did Piq try changing her info back? Reverting it may fix the problem until Chris returns.

RC- Your issue is a server thing on our end. You too will have to wait until the return of Chris.

(I swear Chris does this on purpose, everything always breaks when he's on vacation! We've had numerous things crash on us once he left. Damn you LARSEN!) ;)

Hmmm. If I were Chris, I'd hit the boss up for a raise. Indispensible people can do that. :D

Hi Y.R.H.,

Piq can't change her info because she can't log in. I think she would have to register as a whole new member for her to participate - which would kill her post count - not that she's competetive or anything. :D

Selma, we tell the boss everyday that all of us are indispensible... still waiting on that raise.

OT, tell Piq I am sorry. We have a call into Larsen. (He still has not returned it. I'm sure he is checking out volcanos and sitting on the beach.) But no one else in the building knows the BBB program. Chris is it. So until he returns our call or comes back... there is not much we can do.

Thanks, Y.R.H.

You folks ought to send armed bodyguards with him whenever he goes out, just to make sure nothing bad happens to him....

I hope he doesn't get tooooo curious about the volcano....

Hello,

The Mail problem has been resolved so RC shouldn't see that error again. Also Piq should be able to get her password via email now.

The volcano was really cool, especially the inside...
