You need to have a place that will host the photos (provide the physical equipment to store them and provide them to the Internet with a url link). I use my vanity website with Prodigy, but there are other places that will host photos.
I believe OT has found a pretty good free site for that purpose. If I'm wrong about the "free" part, I'm sure he will be more than happy to post post post a correction.
