wow I was just listening to Tchaikovsky’s 3rd symphony and thought man that sounds different. I looked at the screen and yepp,, Herbie conducting. He sure did know how to bring out a unique performance from warhorses.
I had an old recording of his performing the Moldau. That sounded like a Wagner piece. His coloration was incredible

they're very current for me. this is the stuff i play when i'm out with a coverband or catching open mic nite. it's really a whole lot of fun.

i hardly ever sing dearie, ...i'm a guitar player :D when i do it's Solo (y'know, solo you can barely hear it) you'd thank me for that one!
