Fluttering Trill

The stream keeps getting interrupted with a fluttering trill all day. I'm on free wmp stream. Anyone else hearing this or is it a problem on my end?

I've had quite a bit off buffering interuption today, but no trill... Hmm, hope it's not a soprano helicopter!
If only I could fly on my own wings.
