Web links on B.com

OK all you Tekkies...I need some help. Lots of people on the BB seem able to add web links to the BB imbedded in standard text instead of just the link (webpage address). How is this done?

(the double quotes shouldn't be there)

You can actually get an idea of what the tags do by hovering the mouse pointer over the buttons below the Subject field.
