Hi DB, I'm afraid I can't say much about the coastal areas. The only part of the coast is where my Sister lives. Cleveleys is a lovely little coastal town up on the north west coast, between Blackpool and Fleetwood. Recently my sister as moved from a 3 bed house in the town centre area to a 2 bed bungalow 2 mins from the beach. I don't know what sort of a deal she got on the sale of the house, suffice to say she was well satisfied. Like I said last week the further north of London, property is a lot cheaper. As far as I know there's no property development in that area of the west coast.Originally posted by dai bread:
What's happening to your coastal land, lliam? Ours is getting dearer daily, largely because Californians want it to subdivide and/or put lodges or golf courses on. We're getting uneasy about it.
