I'm trying too gain those calories, not lose 'em. I'm trying to live up to the "big" part of bignaf. so far I'm 144 pounds... not time yet to go on a diet I think... (I'm 5'9")

I guess that's close to your correct weight so I don't think a few pounds will hurt at this time of the year.

144lbs = 10stone 4lbs.

Your ideal weight according to my chart is: 5' 9" between 128-168lbs (9st 2lb - 12st 0lb)

In that witch picture, I see someone who looks to be about 110, soaking wet. (I'm melting, I'm melting!) Are you saying you'd LIKE to be 144 ? Gross! (pun intended!)

Seriously though, how about posting a different picture or two sometime. Show off that slender you.

Thanks for the compliment.
In that "unretouched" early morning candid shot,
I weigh a gross indeed, with a little extra so as not to short the measure.

When I find a suitable replacement photo, i will attempt to post or get it posted. Dont be holding your breathe, Im rather fond of the one thats there now! :D :D
