HOW ABOUT - WHOA, I'M NOT REALLY SCREAMING HERE - CAPS off, ok... how about popcorn? you can make your own and mix it with different flavors. kinda lika a chex mix. baggy it & bring it to work.

then again, if i were on a diet i'd be craving the carbolicious feed bag. i'm bad at diets unless they contain lots of sugar, chocolate & coffee.

i once tried the Guiness Draugh diet. y'know.. meal in a glass. worked pretty well but i was hammed all the time. :roll:
