I believe you can get a block of 'Coconut Ruff' in OZ & NZ (the name might have changed). We have a OZZY radio presenter here in the West Midlands named, Ed Doolan, he's on now, between 10am & 1pm BST @ http://www.bbc.co.uk/england/radiowm/

When he goes to Australia he always brings 'Coconut Ruff' back with him he says it's his favourite chocky and we cannot get it in the UK.

Cadbury's is yummy. I particularly like their hazelnut bar, which is not available in (my portion of) the US.

When I was in NZ in ~ '85, they made all sorts of lovely fruit-fondant filled bars. When I went back 10 yrs later, they'd changed the fondant to hard gummy-candy. It did not work well with chocolate - the choc would be chewed up melted and swallowed and the perverse little bits of fruit-rubber would still be fighting back. I was sore disappointed as those wonderful fruit flavors had been a highlight of the first trip. (we dont get filled bars here either, except for caramel). Have they seen the light and given the rubber filling the boot?

But of course! Tesco also makes a very respectable hazelnut bar.

Milk Chocolate Lindtor. The little squares sold like a candy bar, not the big round ones.
The chocolate/filling ratio and mouthfit are better with the little squares.
Very dangerous things, Lindtor!

Don't like assorted chocolates without the "Table of Contents".

I have had sufficient See's in my life to recognize them without the TOC. Of course, it took dedicated study on my part. :)

Piq, Walmart took our Asda stores over a year or two ago. My wife gets a dark plain and a fruit and nut medium block of their own brand of choc.
It's almost as nice as Cadburys.

PS. Wal-Mart is the leading US food retailer and has a global turnover of $160 billion, employing 1.5mn workers. In the UK Asda Wal-Mart holds second place behind Tesco, with a market share of 16.7 per cent.

Chocolate is healthy. Like I give a flying hoo-hah. Pass the semi-sweet, if you please.

Read somewhere that eating chocolate during pregnancy (a little every day) reduces stress and helps to have a healthier baby. I followed that advice religiously.... Hershey's special dark bars a fav, but can't have that everyday. Also had new dark chocolate M&Ms, York Peppermint patties, any variety of chocolate chip cookies, Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice cream....have some of that at home now...having two preschool kids is stressful!

husband always gets me the big hearts with assorted chocolates for Valentines, but I hate it when there's no 'table of contents' - can't stand coconut...

Godiva is always a good choice - have a hard time passing their storefronts in certain malls...

one more thing - make sure that bunny is really chocolate. My husband relates a story of when he was a kid and took a big bite out of a wax bunny!! :yuk:
