What the devil is a "car bomb"? Sounds ominous!

the Irrrrrish Car Bomb is:
1)fill a shot glass with 3/4 baileys & 1/4 tullamore dew.
2)seperately pour a pint glass 2/3 fo the way w/ Guinness.
3)drop shot glass in pint glass and SLAM THAT SUCKER DOWN!!

tip: if you do not drink fast enough it will curdle on you

Why would someone drink a carbomb? Straight vodka will do the job faster, and taste better.
Please 'splain to me the attraction of paying for all the expensive liqueur to bury it in stout.

(Im thinking its like sweet&sour pork - just doesnt sound right at first hearing, but tastes mighty fine just the same).

I'll pass on the explosives. I'd rather choose either the baileys, or the whisky, add an ice cube or three, and skip the guinness.

Alternately, choice of baileys or whisky + some good coffee.

Starbucks had a special reserve blend they made for some competition or other - I scored Three! packages of it. Grind a few, run through the drip pot, add baileys, smile.

Baileys will make ANY coffee worth drinking, tho it does prefer good coffee.

Kahlua will not only make good coffee yummy, it will make bad coffee into an acceptable substitute for good coffee.

Amaretto and Baileys together in coffee.

That reminds me, one of the things that made the trip back from NJ is some milk chocolate dipped popcorn!

Similar to a Depth Charge.

Take a shot glass(I think it was Scotch)
drop it in the pint glass of beer, starts foaming up and you down it as fast as you can.
