Am I the only one to whom that doesn't sound quite right?

Now, seriously...

RC, how very thoughtful of you! Thank you, and the same to you, as well as everyone else you mentioned.

Tim, we subscribe to the same Great Candy and Flowers Scam theory you do, so we're celebrating our Valentine's Day(can't do the VD abbreviation after the above crack I made) after the hullabaloo(and inflated prices) subsides. Personllay, I think it's a lot more romantic in an uncrowded, quiet restaurant than a crowded one anyway.

LOL.
OT, we're taking it easy this year. . .since we're on the diet, he'll probably bring me flowers and we'll grill a nice steak for dinner, weather permitting. :) Nothing too huge. We try to make every day special like Valentine's Day (but don't always succeed) ;)

Here's to hoping that this is a very special First Valentine's Day for the Altoid!!! (and you and Piq, of course)

Our current plans are that I'll come home from work, we go out to dinner, after which Gil will go home and I'll go to my quilt Guild (It's the second Monday of the month, after all, and I need my fix.)

If it helps you romantics, the Block of the Month that I have to turn in is all heart fabrics, and with any luck I'll be the winner of the stack and get a Valentine's Day quilt out of the deal.
