Southwest Florida Symphony Conductor Leaving

Paul Nadler, music director and conductor of the Southwest Florida Symphony for 15 years, will pass his baton to another conductor after the 2006 season.

Wouldn't it be cool if we could hook a real hotshot to replace him. He has done a fine job.

I enjoyed them last weekend (busy weekend). They did Ravel's Ma Mere l'Oye (Mother Goose Suite), Debussy's Iberia, and Rach 2 with guest pianist Kotaro Fukuma, (which received a standing ovation).

Mr. Bill Larsen and his wife Beth hold the flute positions and they did an outstanding job with the Mother Goose Suite. Love that piece.
