Easter Sunday Plans?

Postby sadie » Fri Mar 25, 2005 11:28 am

Looks to be close to 60 degrees and sunny in New England! Our clan will celebrate by gathering with relatives on the North Shore for the annual Egg Hunt.

Even though all the kids are getting older we have a blast making the eggs and hiding all sorts of fun things so even the "grown-ups" are searching about!

Family plans for other Beethovenites?

No way.....You aren't really going to cook a rabbit on Easter are you? Sounds like that scene from "Fatal Attraction"!

I'm thinking of Seafood for Easter. Where is "Bubba" when you need him? I Don't eat Porky Pig or Bunnies. I hear there is an an abundance of deer in RI/MA right now so venison is a likely and possibly cost-free choice. Just don't drive one of your cars into "Bambi".

Just kidding, TM. Meant to say "I eat like Bambi" not "I like to eat Bambi"! Mostly a herbivore and lots of fiber....but skip the salt licks!

For those folks who eat the more "interesting" items i've seen posted- what do they cook for their kids, spouses? Do they enjoy the same variety?

I had student dress rehearsal for Boccanegra last night,I've got a Good Friday service this evening, I've got opening night for Boccanegra with the SDO tomorrow night, then double church services Sunday morning. I think it will be an afternoon of inactivity as the goal after that.

OT,
Wish I only had 2 church services tomorrow.
I have 3 - 7:30AM, 9:00AM, & 11:00AM.

Would not have it any other way!

My afternoon will probably be spent having a few glasses of wine or maybe something stronger after that!

Sing Well

and

Happy Easter to All!

I'm going to a Saturday night service because I'm playing with a string ensemble at another church on Easter morning.

Six blocks is twice as long when you're dragging a cello with you. D:

After watching her explore the (finally dry) back lawn today, I think tomorrow I'm gonna "hide" a few brightly colored approximately egg-shaped items in the grass and let Altoid "hunt" for 'em.
