David, did you see the movie Ushpizin? it's supposed to come to America at the end of October.

Yes, bignaf, I did, a year or so ago.
I'm afraid I found it superficial and not very convincing.

The World Jewish Digest had an enthusiatic review, the plot seemed terrible, but I was hoping maybe the acting was very deep and convincing. I think I'll go watch it if it comes to our area, at least for the novelty and for getting a few more glimpses of my beloved city.
