Did you see the show where the Myth Busters did the Mentos and Diet Coke experiments? They got a 32 foot geyser - of course it took a special cap. Awesome.

you could do something similar with pressed baking soda and vinegar, Nicole.

Im trying to figure out how the set up is: a mento in each bottle, that is knocked into the coke by the pressure of the bottle before it going blooey?

Too much time and a fair piece of disposable cash!

If you look close, when the prior bottle bursts, it pulls a string that is tied to a pin, like a grenade. When the pin is pulled, the Mentos, which are stacked in the nozzle, drop into the diet Coke.
