Speaking of Folklorama, it's on this week and next. Last night, my fiancee, her son, and I wanted to attend the Brazilian Pavillion. It didn't happen, because the line up was sooooooooooo ridiculously long!

So we drove another 5 minutes to the India Pavillion. Wow, it was fantastic! Best pavillion that I think I've been to so far. Alot of traditional dancing, which was terrific, and the traditional Indian garments are so colourful and beautiful.

My personal favorite part of the evening was the solo sitar player. That was amazing! What a dynamic instrument, at times it sounds like 3 or 4 instruments playing at the same time!

If you click on the yellow Week 1 and Week 2 links, you'll see the list of the various pavillions featured, and each of those has their own link. I think in Week 2 we'll go see the Warsaw-Poland Pavillion, since my fiancee is part Polish.
