It's sad to see something I've been a fan of for well over a decade die. I remember moving from LA to DC and being able to keep the friends I'd made both as a listener and as a member of the message boards, and finding such local friends as bones, Owlice and Stravinsky (The BBBLB).
One thing I'm pretty sure of is that all businesses eventually reach their end point, either catastrophically or evolutionarily. I have no idea what will happen to the traditional radio station, although I hope the financial backers have something left after their noble experiment.
I guess I'll take the window strip off my car.
