The public radio station here plays about nine hours a weekday of classical music. It depends on its members for support, and in turn plays what they want to hear. I enjoy the program "Performance Today" because in addition to playing classical music, they talk about current music festivals and interview performers. I listen to Beethoven.com more now at home, because they do play a greater variety of music. I also enjoy the interactive nature of the website. I can easily request music and comment on the shows.
