National classical music radio network

A record number of classical music radio stations have sprung up in the last year but for a less than obvious reason.
Public, listener supported stations everywhere are switching their main channels to the more lucrative NPR news/talk format but putting American Public Media's classical music feed, Classical 24, on their HD2 channels full time, creating a national network. For those who enjoy classical music radio, travel around the US without a laptop or PDA, and remain resistant to satellite radio, an HD Radio receiver is a must.
