TM, you need not count questions which are either implicity or explicitly answered by previous questions. :)

I just realised a couple of silly mistakes I made...didn't realise that the Rhine flowed through France, and Lalo didn't write a cello concerto in a major scale (psst...and so did Schumann and Saint-Saens, and Dvorak died in 1904 ;) )

In Belgium or in Italy was the composer born?
Did the composer in question draw his first breath
'ere Beethoven passed from this life unto death?
