Hello Old Friends

Postby hal 9000 » Tue Feb 20, 2007 12:52 pm

Greetings one and all! Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I am still out here listening to B.com everyday at work, but unfortunately various hobbies have been consuming my free time and I have not been able to frequent the BBB as I did in the past. But I do miss you guys and I want to make an effort to return at least once a week to see what is going on.

I also will attempt to revive on of my forms of entertainment here. Use the poll to tell me which you would most like to see return to the BBB.

Talk with ya soon! :D

Good to see you back Hal!

I was hoping you'd wait just a bit longer before coming back, so I could leapfrog over you into the # 10 spot for "Top BBB posters". Just kidding! :P

I've put in my vote! Good to have you back to post!

navneeth- Hi, hal. Good to see you bach!

Thanks navneeth! Right bach atcha! :P

Catmando- Good to see you back Hal!

I was hoping you'd wait just a bit longer before coming back, so I could leapfrog over you into the # 10 spot for "Top BBB posters". Just kidding!

I've put in my vote! Good to have you back to post!

Hiya Catmando! Thanks for the welcome back! You mean to tell me there is a Top Ten list for BBB posters? Hmm, somehow I OT to know who #1 is then.

OperaTenor- RACHAFRACHA!!!

My Dave Bowman sock appears to have a hole in it!

[channeling Dave Bowman] Drat! I thought I'd dealt with you once and for all, Hal!! [/channeling Dave Bowman]

Ah OT! You must have been living a dream while I was gone, hijacking threads at will. Well your lackey henchman Dave Bowman can't help you now! The sheriff's back in town:

I hope you, piq, and Altoid are well? I see you still have your catchphrase "Rachafracha." I'm surprised that you still haven't ®'ed yet. :) Have you sung anything good lately?

Shapley- Hey, Hal, great to hear from you!

Howdy Shapley! I imagine you are happiest about the return of someone who never once misspelled your name.

Good to hear from you again as well!

Serenity- So good to hear from you Hal! Without you, the board has felt as though we've been floating aimlessly in space.

Yes, but unfortunately that feeling may remain... unless of course you can convince me to open the pod bay doors. :P

Good to see ya again Serenity! I want to thank you for your request this afternoon. It may have just been a coincidence, but either way I like pretending that broadcast of "Also Sprach Zarathustra" was meant for me.

TrumpetMaster- Welcome back Hal!!!!!

TM! How's Long Island been treating ya! Good to see ya again! How goes the music?

------------------------

I can see that the fun spirit of the BBB has not dwindled a bit! Great to be back! From the looks of things, we might be doing Top Ten Polls again soon! 8)

Hal, you might want to be seated before you take note of TM's post count.

Holy Crud! The big question I have is this: How did you allow anyone to get so close to your own post count? Last time I was here, you had twice as many posts as the closest contender!

Egad!
