I am driving up to Tahoe for the day (tomorrow) for some spring skiing at Sugar Bowl Ski Resort. Temps have been in the 60's up there, but there is still about 5-6 feet of snowpack! I'll drive home in the PM

On Saturday, I will be scuba diving on the Sonoma Coast (about 40 minutes away)

Sunday is wine tasting with friends in the Sonoma Valley

Where else but No. California can you do all three things in one weekend?

(San Francisco is unseasonably warm this week with temps between 60-75 degrees with bright clear skys.

Hawaii, actually...except you have to substitute Mai Tai's for the wine (which isn't a bad alternative)

I've never seen snow-capped peaks in Hawaii. Where do they ski there?

Skiing in Hawaii is possible but certainly not "resort quality". The scuba diving on the other hand is.

SoCal.
Big Bear still has enough snow for skiing (in their case I think they make it themselves), there is no non-scuba season, and there're wineries in Temecula and Escondido and RB.

I believe you can do all three in Dubai, U.A.E. as well, except that the 'wine' has to be non-alcoholic. There is a ski-slope in the shopping mall.

Not really, unless you count Snow Planet's indoor skiing facility, or unless you're willing to brave winter sea temperatures of about 15°C, maybe less depending where you go. There's plenty of wine, though, all year round!
