And that sombrero doesn't reveal much of it either. :D

Since TM said that it was "your picture," and judging your height from the other pic, I thought it was you.

Navneeth,
I think you misunderstood...
I saw the post from Shapley looking for a picture of Candide...
so I put one up..... and meant here is the picture you were looking for...

I got the D and r reference. I got the composer and possibly also the piece. the "Mahler guy" is actually a compatriot of Mahler.

The clues are thick as flies and are proving very fruitful

From your post, I can only conclude that is Time Flies Like an Arrow, But Fruit Flies Like A Banana In the Key of D, by Dr. Phil.

Bignaf:

You edited your post, removing the reference for my post.

Now I'll have to insert a paraphrase in the form of a quote, to keep my post valid.

Make some noise for bignaf! He is the next to correctly solve this Opus X!

For those miffed by the Dr clue, let's put it another way:

Actual

Brown/blue Brown/blue: Brown/Brown Brown/blue Brown/blue blue/blue
Brown/Brown blue/blue: Brown/blue Brown/blue Brown/blue Brown/blue

Appearance

Brown Brown Brown blue
Brown Brown Brown Brown

My guess would now be that it is True Colors, except that photo doesn't look like Cindy Lauper, either. :D

Well, not exactly. I made it up and I am an American though, so I suppose you could say that. I can also say this as well though:

blue/blue Brown/blue: Brown/blue blue/blue Brown/blue blue/blue

Brown blue Brown blue

----or----

rr Dr: Dr rr Dr rr

D r D r
