There you go. I started out on one, but got winded pretty quick. I may have to start out on one of the easier trails...

I may have to go over to Bowflex.com and see if I can get a virtual workout on one of their machines before I try the trail again. Then, who knows, maybe some virtual skiing?

Well folks...no "e-hike" for me. I will be hitting the backpacking trail for a week (Thursday July 19 through Thursday 26) starting tomorrow. Needless to say, there is no BBB where I am going. We'll be high in the Sierra Nevada enjoying what nature has to offer us.

I won't be on-line for a week, and I am sure there will be lots to catch up on when I return. See you on the flip
