How do you achieve "aggressive" diplomacy, when you have publicly, and firmly, abjured aggression?

Who's going to track individual spending, to administer the progressive sales tax? And where will those brackets be set?

I think this hard-rock candidate left out a few details.

Mike has ONE point I agree with - Eliminate the income tax.

And I've already asked about what "agressive diplomacy" means.
