Real Player Radio Pass connection

I have been unable to listen to B.com on RealPlayer since the format change. I've been listening on WMP, with no complaints.

When I use the RealPass connection button on b.com, it attempts to load, and then gives me a failure message after a couple of minutes. If I attempt to open it through RealPlayers search feature, It tells me to "please come back during broadcast hours".

I'm tempted to cancel my RealPass subscription. The only reason I carry it is to listen to b.com

Hiya Shapely, Sorry for the trouble . We were exceeding the bandwidth on our office connection with the new site design and that was interfering with our streams, unfortunately. I've made some modifications that reduce our bandwidth usage on the site so now the stream is back up and running solidly. Give it a shot and let us know if you still have problems listening. Thanks!

I just switched over to RealPlayer, and it seems to be working just fine.

I'll ley you know if I encounter any problems with the stream.

Here we go again...

This is why I cancelled my Real Player subscription to B.com....

The stream is choppy. Breaking up...... and I keep getting kicked off..... and have
to re-connect....

this does not happen with the free WMP.....

Mine has been working fine all morning. When I returned from lunch, I noticed that the stream had stopped. I pushed the 'play' button and the stream restarted, and is currently playing with no difficulties.

I have noticed that if I am surfing the web, some websites will cause a 'flicker' in the stream when I open or close them, which I find odd. Not being a computer whiz, I am guessing that some cookies they install must interfere with the stream, or they install those annoying video ads and that is doing it. Occassionally I will see a site listed briefly in the taskbar, and then dissappear, while the stream 'flickers'. I assume these are video ads that start and are then blocked, either by the pop-up blocker or the adware blocker.

this morning, I can connect through RP & WMP, looks like the stream is running
but there is no sound....

WMP is now working fine... it's FREE.....

Real Player is not working.... I'm PAYING for it.... WHY???

Of course, as long as I'm clicking on the website it is just as easy, and certainly more reliable, to click on the WMP link instead, which is what I did yesterday after RealPlayer kicked me out the second time...

I rarely get kicked off using WMP..... (what I am using now)

I'm using WMP myself. I clicked on the RealPlayer this morning at hit 'play'. It told me the 'secure link has expired', etc. so I went to the b.com website and hit the 'listen now' link, so I'm listening on B.com. I didn't bother with RealPlayer at all.

Why do we pay for it?

I tried once to speak to Real Player about getting a credit as
they blew away my rights and I had to re-register.....
It went no-where...

It's only a few days into re-subscribing, but I may just cancel
the subscription AGAIN.....

I'm back on RealPlayer now. I clicked on it while WMP was still running and I noticed that RealPlayer is about 10-20 seconds ahead of the WMP stream. Interesting.

Anyhow, It's playing now, we'll see how long it lasts...

I just tried and the SAME thing is occuring....

Loading is flashing but it never loads the b.com stream...

I just got booted off RealPlayer again. It recovered the first time, then nothing.

I'm back on WMP, which seems to be playing freely...

It's not a matter of money here but I cannot pay for something that
where there is poor or no service at all.

I want to support B.com.... but this is not right...
