Selma in San Diego is the new "hip"

In case anyone's been wondering, Selma had hip replacement surgery Tuesday of last week. This is an instance of one down, one to go - she'll be getting the other one replaced after this. She is currently in a rehab facility(she has my deepest sympathies on that score), and expects to be there for about another week, so she'll be away from the computer at least that long.

She seems to be in good spirits, and sounded a lot more chipper than she had the last few times I spoke with her, and sends her regards to the BBB.

We plan on visiting her soon, and will find out how she feels about cards & letters, etc.

Keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

OT...I was getting seriously concerned as I had not seen here "on line". I am glad to hear that she is on the mend. Please send along my best wishes for her speedy recovery and a return to BBB. I miss her! You might let her know that they have been playing Bolero loud and clear (and too often). Look forward to having her back on her feet and back to her BBB pals. Get strong Selma!!
