Thank you. It was tough coming up with the name, considering the fact that I had to find a living British composer whose name started from one of three (THREE!) different letters. Thanks go to you guys for shortening the list.

The song we must guess is a vocal rendition
of something he wrote by his own volition.
I offer the name of a mass that he wrote;
“Armed Man” is a work that is sung with one's throat

thus, the honour of '20th century work, it is accorded.

And a note, now that we're done, on Barfle's composer list,
the one on which Jenkins' name was most notably missed,
'tis a wonder the name of Jenkins, Wiki's British list did squelch,
but included him on the list of composers who are Welsh,
Perhaps the good and knowledgable folks who Wikipedia compile,
should be told that Wales is truly on the British Isle!
