Hobbled into the DD by work and had a nice sour cream donut and a Chai this am. Just a bit stiff and sore today - nothing serious. So, I'm not in great shape, but not as bad as I feared. Only pain during the walk was the growing blisters as it rained the first 25 min (by which time most of the runners were done - the rest of us plodded on for another 45 min or so...) and it soaked into my socks. It felt like I had 3-4 blisters - this am, only 1 left - but on the bottom of my foot, so no fun.
