Took a can of Spam on a backpacking trip once...thought it might taste good with the dehydrated/reconstituted eggs....it didn't

Dude!! Tell me it was a bad can, the only place spam tasted good is on camping trips, but ya gotta pan fry it well. I have to admit that some of my survival kits are comprised of spam and Dinty Moore stews....
Well...I did pan fry it. Salt, fat, gristle...that was about it. It ruined the "eggs" that I did not think could have gotten worse.
