I believe the French spelling is merde.Originally posted by Serenity:
I'll look for it, as well as for the Heineken Manoure (is this the French spelling?).
Urbock is from Ontario - might not find it in B.C. and it only shows up in the Winter... I don't know of many Canadians who choose to drink Labatt's or Molsons, actually. Too many other Breweries... Sleemans, Steam Whistle, Mill Street (Organic beer brewed Mill Street Brewery in The Distillery District of Toronto). Distillery District has art galleries, restaurants, jazz clubs, theatre.. beautiful area in Toronto, movie Chicago was filmed there as was Ron Howard's new film with Russell Crowe about a boxer.. can't remember the name.Originally posted by BenG:
I've never heard of Urbock. I'll look for it next time I'm up in BC. Yeah, I have had the usual Canadian beers (Labatt's, Molsons) and they aren't too bad. Anybody like wine? Just kidding.
Oh, poop. So much for my preefrooding.Originally posted by Serenity:
I agree with Barfle on Sam Adams and Sierra Nevada; I've had their Ale but not their Porter. I'll look for it, as well as for the Heineken Manoure (is this the French spelling?).
I've had that!......that's about all I remember about it....Originally posted by BigJon:
Worst: Mickey's Big Mouth Ale
Almost no carbonation. They must have let it sit in open vats to lose all the fizz. Tasted like it too.
