OT & dai - as ai4i wrote on another thread, there are many classical streams on the web, and a large number of the stations broadcast over the air as their primary function.
I sincerely and fondly hope that they all have the clientele to justify this, as well as the resources to support this welcome activity, which gives us such varied opportunity to enjoy good music.

So do I, David. Webcasting must pay though, because so many do it, and they're not all taxpayer-funded like RNZ's Concert Program mentioned elsewhere.

Just added a computer image of Herr Beethoven to the map.
