I have never seen a Wal-Mart in a town that is so small it wouldn't have another store. They wouldn't have the customer base to support a Wal-Mart. Therefore, this really isn't an issue. Also, if you live in such a small town, you can always buy a subscription to any magazine you like, the post office will gladly deliver.
