For a real after dinner treat, try some ice wines from the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia. I thnk some American vitners are making ice wine by artifically freezing the grapes, but it's not the same thing.
In real ice wine, the grapes are harvested after freezing and the ice covering (which is made up of water from the grape's interior) is knocked off and then all proceeds according to plan, except the grape is super concentrated!
