Per the current poll, I listen to Chopin because I'm choppin' down my tax bill. :D

Mahler's Tragic symphony seems to fit.

Something modern for my taxes. Glass-ish, maybe. You know, no tune, no rhythm, no harmony.

I'm getting nearly as much back from the feds as I have to send the state. There have been worse years. Must have gotten the payroll deduction fudge factors nearly right this time :) ; next year they'll probably all get changed and I'll be way wrong again. :(

There's something to sell? Music to do your taxes...Chopin's Funeral March for that impending feeling of doom, Bolero for that constant re-checking of calculations, Mussorgsky's Night on Bald Mountain for that hectic collection of supporting paperwork.....Any more ideas?

"The Erl King" (schubert/Goethe) for the sheer horror of it all.

Tax-return time is the most depressing time of the entire year.
