Come on now, do you want us to stay in business or not? We have to make money and if AG Edwards wants to partner with Beethoven Radio, we are more then happy to have them aboard.

Nicole:

I welcome AG Edwards on board!

BTW: Love that "Anvil of Crom"! Excellent suggestion from Chris in Jackson.

We don't have a Jackson in CT. He did not list a state so it could be anywhere.

The only beef I have with commercials is when they kill the stream to my computer (like I suspect the pool chemical commercial was doing).

I find it a little strange to hear ads that it's impossible for most of us to respond to, but that's what happens when you think as globally as beethoven radio does.

Live Long, and Prosper.

I kind of miss the English Garden lady. Whatever happened to her ads?

Well, the commercials aren't bad, but the one for the diamond store that features Beethoven and his wife has been playing for so long that I can quote it. It drives the people here in my office crazy when they hear it!
But like Muggs said, I'll put up with almost anything to keep my music streaming clearly! Without the music, the workday would really seem longer!

Ahhh, the wife keeps calling him "Wolfie", so I figured it was Mozart. Probably better if it is Mozart, as he had a notoriously low sense of humor and might even enjoy the cheesy commercials. ;)

Oh, yeah. . .it is Mozart. Well, good thing he would enjoy it. I think it's kind of cute, but it seems like it gets played a lot. But I guess they are probably good sponsors.
I wish the station could give away cds as well as concert tickets, for those listeners who live out of the immediate listening area.

They've been known to do that, too. Just keep listening.

I've won two contests (about a year apart) where I won CDs and a b dot c baseball cap.

I won some CD's once a while back. They were used CD's from their library, but they were in fine shape and the price was right. Good music, too.

I won a book, Grace notes for a year, and a cap.

We need Dan to get on line and give away copies of Gilles Apap's latest. It's difficult to find at the usual sources.
