I'm new to this site, what a find! I have to say Mrs. Alito was just beaming at the "State of the Union" address last night. I thought maybe she would break out and sing "Reflections of- the way life used to be" Or maybe that's what I'm singing today!

Sweet little Sheila you know her if you see her, blue eyes and a pony-tail. Cheeks are rosey she looks a little nosey.

Selma? Barfle? Am I close? Reciting this from memory cause.... I'm so Dizzy my head is spinning...

Hi Junebug, welcome to the Pit!

:)

PS. I thought this was a welcome back instead of simply a welcome, but it turns out I was thinking of Judybug, not Junebug.

:o

Me and Sheila we go for a ride
Oh, oh, oh, oh, feel a funny inside

That's the one I was thinking of.

No Problem Opera Tenor, after seven thousand three hundred and fify two postings, it's easy to see how one could get the names confused!

Sheila says she loves me, she says she'll never leave me;
True love will never die.
Now we're so doggoned happy just hangin' 'round together;
Man, that little girl is fine!

Yup, that's it.

When that song was new, I could've got to barfle's neighborhood by driving west on 66 to 101, then turning south. If I could've driven then, which I wasn't old enough to do. My word, that's a long time ago!

It's worth noting that Mr. and Mrs. Tenor (aka piqaboo) have over ten thousand posts between them.

Thanks, Selma and Barfle... I had such a silly time singing along with your posts.

I have moved on to singing:

One pill makes you larger
and one pill makes you small
and the ones that mother gives
you don't do anything at all -
go ask Alice, when she was just small

That would be the Altoid. She's still preliterate. <img src="http://www.operatenor.100megs24.com/altoidbling.jpg" alt=" - " />

Anybody know when this stuff starts to kick in?

:D Yo OT, yah, still alive and kicking.

I have to come by every now and again, get my fix of OT (off topic, if you like, or not if you're stubborn. :D ) Job's been keepin' me busy, etc. Just read about your three Operas this year (nothing to see, hah!) yay!

If any of you have snow to send Denver way, I'd accept delivery, just not COD. HAHa. My snow tires are pining for snow! (Thanks BigJon)

BTW, quite disappointed in the Alito outcome, but hey, it was kindof a forgone conclusion. Maybe he won't be as bad as anticipated... Anyone running poll on who's the next to be replaced?
