Lawyers for the claimants say the suffering following Katrina is 'unprecedented'. I find that hard to believe. Throughout history, people have been displaced by war, storms, and other natural and non-natural disasters.
Louisiana continues to show itself to be an embarrassment to the rest of the nation.
