If you want a FREE way to eliminate those pop ups and have a google web search engine attached to your IE Web Address input area, then you MUST try this out. You can remove it at any time if you wish and it actually works. Go to www.iwon.com (its the infamous search engine website) and download the "Pop Swatter" link on the home page. It will download the anti-pop add software for free and give you control of when to hide the search engine tool bar if needed. There is a downside if you are the type of person that doesn't like to leave an internet trail however. Unlike Internet Explorer where you can turn off the Auto Complete feature when you type the first few letters in the web browser, I haven't found a way to do so for the google search engine browser you get. If you have nothing to hide, then no worries.
Cheers!!
