Dead Air?

I was listening to b.com and then it went dead. I've tried restarting the adsertion but still nothing. The adsertion window isn't reporting any errors or problems.

Is anyone else getting this?

I just need to know if I should continue troubleshooting on my side.

Sorry folks. We've had tech issues all day. Adsertion is runnng some tests on the stream and it's been causing problems all day. We think it's fixed but if you see further problems email us at: helpme@beethoven.com

Had to listen elsewhere most of yesterday, although I caught the four-play and on to about 6:10PM, it was fine.

I get the Adsertion message, then it goes to an error screen. I've tried several times to no avail.


This is the message I get:


The Player has encountered an error with the stream.

Error number: C00D10B5
Error description: Station is currently down. Windows Media Player cannot play any items in this playlist.

Hi OT-

That message is a known glitch with the Windows Player. You can visit our Help Page for a fix: http://www.beethoven.com/help.htm

Or sometimes it goes away. You may want to try later and if it still does it then try the Help Page.

Hi folks,

I'm still getting the error message I referred to earlier. I tried enabling cookies, and it doesn't seem to make a difference(at least that was what it seemed like I was supposed to do according to the help H.R.H. referred me to). I don't have a firewall, etc. so I don't know what else to do without spending $$.

Otherwise I'll have to listen to OperaBabes on my cd player.....

Hi OT-

If you are still getting that error message you can do two things. 1- Delete the Windows Media Player from your computer and reload it. The secod time you reload it, the Player will ususaly load correctly. This error is a known glitch with the Windows Player.

Or 2- Visit this link for a downloadable "fix" that will correct the error.

I haven't been able to get B.com all morning here in Dallas. I tried on three separate computers and I can never get pass the adsertion screen.

I mentioned this earlier to Eric and he thought the adsertion people might be causing it.

Our partners at Adsertion are moving their servers around and tried to make the switch last night but unfortunately there were some errors and they had to move back to their previous location. The Internet is updating it's records to point back to the old site so during that period some listeners may be affected and unable to listen.
